Ordering is easy. Use the purchase buttons included with every item. Or, send us an email. We'll work out the details.
All items are created by hand after you order them. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your items to be prepared. Items showing as "available now" will ship within 24-48 hours of ordering. If there's a deadline, please let us know.
We accept personal checks and payments using PayPal. PayPal allows you to use a variety of payment methods including credit card, debit card, and e-check to complete your purchase. There is one other method of paying via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) by telephone, if this is preferred.

Typically shipping is via insured USPS Priority Mail, both domestic and international. Please let us know if faster shipping is required at the time of your order. We can work out the difference in shipping via a separate invoice. How long until I can expect my order to arrive? TOP

Although they're never necesssary - yes, we accept returns except on personalized items. We are glad to help with the order to make sure every detail is realized perfectly. How do I place a custom order? TOP
We are happy to handle your custom order! Custom designs are a large part of our order queue. Please send inquiries to get a project started using the Contact link. We can discuss projects based on designs already in the catalog, or something completely new. Lone Burro Designs' rosaries are constructed to last. They are intended to be lifetime products! Should your rosary have an accident however, you are welcome to return it for repairs to the following address:

If your rosary becomes defective within a year of purchase, it will be repaired for free. You need only pay for shipping to Lone Burro Designs. If damaged or worn, the rosary will be repaired for a fee, sometimes just the cost of return shipping, depending on the extent of the damage and the parts and labor required to repair it. What is your privacy policy? TOP
Any personal information traded with Lone Burro Designs for purposes of conducting business remains private. Mal's e-commerce does not collect credit card information.
