Ordering and Policies

How to Order

Ordering is easy. Use the PayPal buttons included with every item. Or, send me an email. We'll work out the details.

Most items are created after you order them. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your items to be prepared. If faster service is needed, please let me know.

I accept personal checks and payments using PayPal. If you are not presently a PayPal account holder, you may still complete your order without opening an account.

Orders from international customers are possible with some restrictions. Please email me with your inquiry.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit partially covers design and parts, but also represents a mutual commitment to completing the project. Depending on the degree of personalization, custom orders are not returnable. However, your custom designed project will delight you, or else!

Shipping

I use USPS priority and first class mail primarily to ship packages. UPS Ground Service is also available. Insurance is included. Please let me know at the time you place your order if you'd like your package delivered more quickly than USPS priority or UPS ground service.

Rosary Repairs

I construct my rosaries to last. They are intended to be lifetime products! Should your rosary have an accident, you are welcome to return it to me for repairs.

If your rosary becomes defective within a year of purchase, it will be repaired for free. If damaged or worn, the rosary will be repaired for a fee, sometimes just the cost of shipping, depending on the extent of the damage and the parts and labor required to repair it.

Returns

It is important to me that you be happy with your purchase. E-mail me before purchasing if you would like more detailed description or additional photographs to help you decide.

Should you need to return an item, please contact me within 5 days of receipt. I will arrange a full refund of the item's cost if returned in original condition. [This does not apply to custom orders. See section above for further information.] Please note that I do not refund shipping.

Sales Tax

Lone Burro Designs is a registered business in the State of Texas. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax with their purchase.

Your Privacy

Any personal information traded with me for purposes of conducting business remains private. I will not share your email address or name with the general public or sell this information for marketing purposes.
